Dektite Pipe Flashings – Flexible Watertight Seals for Roofs & Walls
Dektite pipe flashings are designed to provide a secure, watertight seal around flues and pipes passing through profiled cladding systems. Suitable for use on both roofs and walls, they can be moulded to fit cladding profiles up to 40mm in height* and are available in two high-performance materials to suit a range of temperature conditions.
Product Specifications
- Pipe Diameter Range: 75mm to 330mm
- Material Options: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or Silicone Rubber
- Temperature Resistance:
- EPDM: -30°C to +150°C
- Silicone: -60°C to +200°C
- Cladding Compatibility: Up to 40mm profile height*
- Application: Suitable for both roof and wall installations
- Fitting Kit: Available separately (includes gun-grade silicone sealant, self-tapping stitch screws, and weather caps)
