Products
What are your standard sheet lengths?
A majority of our steel cladding is manufactured to order in lengths from 800mm to 7000mm long. The minimum/maximum lengths can vary depending on product type and further details can be found on each product page. We do offer s small range of stock sheets in set lengths. Details of available lengths can be found on each product page. We also offer GRP and fibre cement sheets in set lengths. Lengths vary depending on the product but, again, details can be found on each product page.
What is the cover width of each sheet?
Cover widths of steel, fibre cement and grp sheets can vary significantly (from 762mm to 1200mm) and is dependant on the sheet profile. The most common cover is 1000mm. Each product page will have a profile drawing detailing the cover width along with other key dimensions.
What colours are available?
Colours vary based on coating material and thickness. We show available colours on every product page . You can also view colours per coating and thickness on our colour chart. If you are unsure on which colour or material coating you require you can request a sample from us.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order levels or minimum order charges can vary based on product type. Any minimum order level or charge will be detailed on the product information page. Please feel free to call our sales team to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Can you supply insulated cladding?
Yes we offer a full range of Kingspan insulated cladding. Details can be found under our Insulated Roof Cladding and Insulated Wall Cladding categories or by searching for the term "insulated". If you are unsure of what type of insulated cladding you need please call our sales team on 01384 273811 to discuss your requirements in more detail.
How do I control condensation?
We supply single skin steel sheets with an anti-condensation liner rolled onto the back. To find out more about these sheets please call our sales team on 01384 273811. This is only available on selected steel profiles but you will see an option for anti condensation liner when you are specifying your requirements on the product page. Other solutions include using a breathable membrane underneath the sheets to divert the condensation away or using insulated cladding (otherwise known as composite panels) Please call our sales team on 01384 273811 to discuss condensation control.
Can you supply 3" fibre cement sheets?
Traditional 3" corrugated profile is only available in steel. Profile 3 fibre cement is an old discontniued prfile that looks similar to 3" corrugated but will not lap correctly, we can offer Profile 3 and other discontinued cement profiles in a grey GRP sheet only. What are you standard purlin/rail lengths?
We manufacture purlins to your requirements. If you require advice on loads and maximum spans please contact us on 01384 273811.
Do you keep purlins in stock?
We do not stock purlins as they are rolled specifically to the lengths you require. Please contact our dales team on 01384 273811 to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Do you supply custom flashings?
We can manufacture custom flashings based on your drawings. Please contact our dales team on 01384 273811 to discuss your options in more detail.
What length are your flashings?
Our flashings and steel gutter range are manufactured in 3m lengths, however other lengths can be custom made if required.
Delivery
What are your lead times?
Lead times differ based on the product types and delivery area. We quote an extimated lead time in the basket as well as in the information on the relevant product page. Please contact us for an estimation if you have a time sensitive order to place.
What are your delivery costs?
Due to the wide range of products we offer delivery charges are calculated on an order by order basis. If you require roof cladding our online calculator will provide a fully delivered price. Also any items added to your basket via a product page will include delivery within the shopping basket. Alternatively you can contact our sales team on 01384 273811 for a quote.
Can I pre book a delivery slot at point of order?
A majority of our orders are delivered on our own vehicles and delivery schedules are planned using area groupage and estimated production dates to determine delivery dates. We plan and advise delivery slots the week before we deliver to try and give you as much notice as possible. Due to this we are unable to offer pre booked delivery slots. You can, however, provide us with dates that are convenient with yourself and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How will I know when you are delivering my order?
Orders will be delivered on our own vehicles whenever possible*. If this is the case our transport department will text you an expected delivery date once your order is scheduled and will then notify you If we have to use external transport we will keep you informed on expected delivery dates. *Orders for fasteners and smaller items will be despatched via courier. Tracking details are available on request. Some items such as insulated sheets and custom GRP may be delivered direct from the manufacturer and as such you may receive more than one delivery update from us.
Do I need to be available to take delivery of my order?
If you are ordering bulky items such as cladding, purlins or flashings we always advise that you will need to be available to take delivery of goods. We will also require at least one person to be available to assist the driver with the offload if you do not have mechanical offload facilities on site.

What are your opening times?
Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm on Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and Christmas shutdowns will be advised on our website before we close.
